Football Field Nearing Completion
The turf is in and the lettering and logos are close to complete. See pictures of the construction progress at www.KNAA.org/pride_field.cfm   See what Knob’s new logo looks like in the center of the field.

However, because of wet summer weather, construction is delayed enough to cause the first “home” game to be played at the campus of the University of Central Missouri.  That means the first home game on the new turf will be Homecoming, Sept. 19.

School Back in Session & Big Changes Are in Store
It’s back to classes for students at KNHS.  One of the big differences this year is that every student in the high school will be issued (on loan) a personal laptop computer.  The district purchased 450 Dell laptops so that each student will have access, both at school and at home to a high quality computer. KNHS is one of only a few, if not the only, public high school in the state to  have a one-one student-computer ratio.
