KNHS Now Has Official Panther
After years of a take-your-pick approach to selecting a Panther for publications, shirts, uniforms, and other items, the Knob Noster district now has a trademarked Knob Noster Panther. The new logo will be used on all district items from now on and will be most visible once the new football field is installed this summer. The district worked with a local graphic artist to develop the logo. To get a sneak preview of the Panther visit www.knaa.org/pride_logo.cfm
Alumni Awards
Many high school alumni associations have awards for distinguished alumni, excellence in teaching, as well as other categories. Should KNAA.org develop something along those lines? It’s Not Too Late to help with Senior Send Off
Senior Send Off is scheduled for May 13. Thanks to all who have already donated to Senior Send Off but it’s not too late to help us out. Senior Send-Off is our opportunity to meet with the graduating seniors to tell them about our organization and to encourage them to use the web site to help keep in touch. During the meeting we like to give each of the graduates some sort of gift. This year we plan to hand out black wristbands with orange lettering that says, "KNHS - We Bleed Orange."
We're asking alumni members to help fund the bracelets. For a donation of $10 you can purchase 3 bracelets: one for you and two for graduating seniors. Or you can choose to have all 3 given to the seniors. If you'd like to help out, please log on and click the Senior Send Off link on the home page.
