Attention Choir & Band Alumni. KNHS Wants You
Each Christmas, the HS Honor Choir sings "Carol of the Bells" as a traditional song at the Holiday Concert. Recently, KNHS Choir Director Don Gill has begun inviting alumni from the attending crowd to come down to the risers and join the choir. If you are a former KNHS choir member please consider this chance to join KNHS students and alumni in the event. Contact Don Gill at dgill@knobnoster.k12.mo.us or 660.563.2283 for more information.
Band director David Robinson also invites band alumni to come back and play in the band during Leroy Anderson's "Sleigh Ride" at the Holiday Concert. You can call 660-563-2283 (HS) or Mr. Rob direct (660) 909-4062 to secure some music to refresh your memory and your chops. You could even just show up the night of the concert with your instrument (at your and the audience’s own risk!).
This year's Holiday Concert will be held Friday, Dec. 14 beginning at 7:00 pm in the high school gym.
Root Beer Float Anyone?
Marvin Carmical (class of 78) has started a “Dog-N-Suds” thread in the General Discussion forum of our message board. Got a favorite memory of that or maybe the Panther Drive In? Stop by and tell us your story.
